One of our employees had a routine sinus surgery by Dr. Serkin. It resulted in a cerebrospinal fluid leak that cost over $33,000 to repair

I wish i could give this guy 0 stars. He was so rude and dismissive. I had a lump in my throat and he told me it was all in my head. So I pushed for an ultra sound and he said it was nothing but still charged me 800 dollars. The problem did not go away so I got a second opinion and found a tumor on my saliva gland. If I had waited I could be dead...the doctor I saw said he did not know how he could have missed it.

I had the most painful, worst experience of my life. I left that office in tears, a bleeding throat and in worse shape then I did before the appointment. The doctor was very condescending in his tone and attitude. I didn't feel like a patient that was cared for. What he did to me didn't help my condition at all, and I was in so much pain and didn't feel any sympathy. Even when my mother tried to talk to him he was very rude. I would NEVER recommend him.

I have never met such a condescending Dr before in my life. I was so caught off guard by Dr. Serkin's attitude, his belittling way of speaking, and his lack of interest in anything I had to say that I left the office in complete shock. As I left the nurse asked if I would like to schedule a follow up appointment. Not a chance! I didn't even know my appointment had ended. He just left the room without any closing. My appointment with Dr Serkin was this morning and this evening I am still bothered and frankly astounded at his behavior, lack of compassion, and lack of any curtesy whatsoever. I would never recommend this Dr. Awful experience.

Terrible experience - will never go back. He came in unprepared - didn't know why I was there, though his own PA was the one who scheduled me with him after she found fluid in my ear. He told me I was wrong, there was no fluid - I didn't know what I was talking about. (Both my PCP and his PA saw this fluid - he didn't). Said there was a film on my ear, stuck tweezers in to get it off of my eardrum and scratched the eardrum. He then prescribed a $300 antibiotic to avoid infection from the damage he caused and left the room. I didn't know I was done until I heard him talking to another patient in the next room. I went to the front desk to ask his MA if I was finished. She said she didn't think so, the Dr hasn't said anything - looked in the computer and said, "Oh, I guess so". End of appt! Great reception and Medical Assistants - terrible, uncaring, rude and pompous Dr.

Dr. Serkin has taken excellent care of myself and my family.

Dr. Serkin diagnosed my cancer after 2 other doctors missed it

Dr serkin did my left nose surgery 3 years ago made my symptoms really bad I just can't expect that from a experience doctor. He for sure needs to go to school and needs to be retrained. Lost my job because of him.He thinks he is smart but he is worse than a LPN.
