Dr. Bulent Sadik Atac, MD

Front desk secretary is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Never gives doctor messages, leaves patients on hold continually sings while your taking to her on the phone. In person, she slams the sliding window or won’t open it unless you have to knock on the window serval times to get her attention. What makes it worse, this was brought up to the doctors attention Several times and still nothing was ever done about it. Maybe if other patients had the same problem and maybe if the complaint as well, the doctor will get rid of her and hire someone that is professional to run the front desk.

Great and helpful staff. Efficient and caring. I refer my friends all the time.

The Doctor is excellent, but some of his staff are very unprofessional. It it is such a pity that he gets bad reviews because his staff have no empathy for the elder. They keep you on hold forever and when they can't resolve the matter they hang up on you. How times have changed.????

How do you call a place of business and be on hold for over an hour? Someone answered the phone, I stated that I am looking for my files because I was a previous patient. She asked me for my name which I gave to her and I was placed on hold. After about 10 mins, I put my phone's speaker on and just put it down in order to continue my work. It's now been 1 hr and 2 mins on hold. Great doctor but his staff is horrible!

Keeping it honest... Dr. Atac is a great doctor and yes he is extremely busy but that would mean its a good thing no? His staff unfortunately are young and dont pay the proper attention they should to their job. The receptionist Shana, always has an attitude and face to go with it. She seems so unhappy there and if thats the case she should seek different employment. But he is a great doctor and and if he has his off days im sure its because he struggles with his employees as well, Still my Doc and me and my family appreciate him.

His bedside manner was a shock I diagnosed with hepatitis B the question he asked to be surprise When was the last time you shoot up His second question was do you sleep with your patient the last thing he did was he left a piece of paper with a phone number and left the message call and setup an appointment I was dismiss with no regard

Too busy, usually overbooked.... too long of a wait in the office, and the staff is uncaring not not suited to deal with the sick people

I made an appointment with the Dr Atac for my annual check up. He was couteous , made me feel comfortable but his staff is terrible. Especially the person who sit at the front the one who answer the phone. Oh my what bad service, rude, impolite, Also the assistant that sit in the back office, she should work in a hole. Hher face was all made up and seems upset(is that your normal apperance?). What a bad set of staff, he need to fire them all.

Have to agree with EVERY single negative review about this doctor and his random unprofessional unseasoned office workers. Been to this doctor for a few years due to the convenience of the distance to my home. But each time I go I ask why did I bother. You wait minimum 2 hours to be seen. They take tests you didn't ask for (for the insurance $$$ obviously) which takes even longer. He cares more about hearing how your vacation was then what is actually wrong with you. He always prescribes random things and give you samples as if you are his guinea pig. Many MANY times he has prescribed me the wrong medication!! I am lucky I am young and most of my illnesses weren't serious. But his office is always filled with elderly people and I feel so bad for them because I know he is playing "guinea pig" with them too. As for his office staff & conditions....don't know where to start. Its sad. The girls are very young, barely speak English and when they do are absolutely rude & immature. In the… future I will travel the distance and never go here again. Good Luck, over the years the doctor and his office haven't changed.
