Overall a great experience with both Dr. Robinson and his staff. I am a super nervous patient, that sometimes requires hand holding and they were able to keep me calm and explained everything in clear to understand terms. His staff took time and explained in detail what to expect (and provided an immense amount of documentation) before the surgery and was available at all times before, and after to address my concerns. While my reveal was not as grand as I had hoped, there was marked improvement, well within my expectations and I am very happy! If I personally have need for another surgery, or have friends or family, I will ensure I recommend Dr. Robinson.

When I came in for a free consultation with Dr. Robinson in January of 2025 he addressed my concerns professionally and even disagreed with me on what cosmetic service would most benefit me. I originally wanted a brow lift, but he assured me that it was too soon for that. He recommended upper blepharoplasty. I waited until December of 2025 to have the outpatient upper blepharoplasty done. My bruising was minimal, and while I am still healing as I am about 6 weeks post-op, I see a good improvement in the appearance of my upper eyelids. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to address my concerns even after the procedure.

So I need to start with why I chose Dr Robinson. When I came to see him the first time he was adamant that I was not ready for surgery (no one else I went to told me that). that really earned my trust and respect, so a few years later I came back, prepared to be told I needed a lower facelift. At that time he told me I only needed to have my platysmal bands tightened. Again that earned my trust. I had the surgery about 6 weeks ago and I am really happy with the results so far. I am not at the final state yet, but every day I see a positive difference and I am super excited to see the final outcome.
