Dr. Burnell Paul Brunious, MD

My husband and I went in thinking wow what a great place everyone seemed nice UNTIL the Dr walked in…. It took me days to get my husband to be willing to go in to the ER. Dr Brunious proceeded to ask several questions which is expected but my husband is sick and he’s frustrated so he asked why are you asking me so many questions I don’t know what’s wrong that’s why I’m here. Dr Brunious immediately got rude and said “are you done because I don’t know who you are talking to but I AM NOT THE ONE!?” Continued to argue and be dramatic my husband was literally begging him to treat the problem. We will not be back now my husbands issue that could be heart related is not being addressed I am appalled by such unprofessional behavior from an ER DR that should never have reached the childish combative demeanor that he did I am so thankful I went with him it probably would have been so much worse…. I will be calling to file a formal complaint he walked out of the room still arguing and he was… the only DR available so sad that this is what we have to deal with to get the proper care. I have never in my life seen a DR treat a patient so horribly we were there all of about 10 mins how does a Dr become so unprofessional in such a short time… I am genuinely concerned for his future patients. Drs and nurses are meant to be compassionate and caring and have the restraint to treat frustrated patients who are SICK this is an emergency room. we are not trying to see who’s superior in the hospital… all we wanted was medical care and instead we got an obnoxious doctor with a superiority complex…
