Called they refused to make an appointment Was told it would be 6-8 weeks before they would even make one. I guess I didn't sound black. Had a friend who is black call for me and she used terms only a black person used. Got a New patient appointment immediately Very Racist Front desk but was quick to cancel this appointment.. When I first called I was told why don't you make an appointment closer to where you live. So I called the insurance company . Made an appointment with the UF a lot further then this doctor and they were happy to make this appointment. UF was nicer takes the insurance. Dr Dean I don't need you to do us a favor.

THE MOST MEMORABLE THING THAT STOOD OUT FOR ME WAS HIS WARM SMILE AND FIRM HAND SHAKE.HE MADE YOU FEEL LIKE A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY.MY TEENAGE SON FELT AT EASE WITH HIS HEALTH CARE PROVIDER FOR THE FIRST TIME.HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEGABLE. I WOULD NOT FAIL TO RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR TO MY FAMILY,FRIENDS AND COLLEGES.

Dr.Byron Dean was very attentive to not only my medical need, but also worked around my hectic schedule, very compassionate & understanding best medical service I have found in quite some time HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So far he has listened to me and shown concern about issues that I have been having. He is the first doctor I have had in a long time that has acutually gone out of his way to help me.
