Caitlin Pepper is a licensed professional counselor of mental health. She takes appointments for only current patients of the Bayhealth Primary Care, Harrington practice.
My InspirationAs a Delaware native, I am proud to serve the people and the area where I grew up and to help bolster the behavioral health services available in our community. Witnessing real change in people's lives—seeing and helping other human beings move from a place of struggle, confusion or pain towards contentment, clarity and self-understanding— inspires and fulfills me in my work.
What I’m Passionate AboutThe trust that is created within the therapeutic relationship is deeply meaningful, and seeing the impact of our work together keeps me grounded and passionate about this field. I use a person-centered approach, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help individuals with depression, anxiety, major life …adjustments, career growth, stress management and trauma.
Off the ClockIn my personal life, I truly value spending time with my husband, son and our dog. My current interests include reading, gardening and indoor plants, trying new restaurants, Philadelphia sports, and I plan to start traveling more in the future. I grew up riding and showing horses and would love to return to that as my son gets older. I am the youngest of four siblings and enjoy seeing my 12 nieces and nephews grow up all over the country.
