What would you think if your appointment was for 130 and the office was closed for lunch. You pull up to the office and the lights were off, office blinds closed, and door locked.? Would you think that someone was inside waiting for you or that the office was closed? They unlocked the door at 2pm and informed my mother and I that we were late for our appointment and we could no longer be seen. So much else to this event that its too long to write . Short version, office clerk dictates who the doctor sees or speaks to. You can have a medical episode right in front of them and they will send you out the door. I will be looking for another doctor ... By the way, this was a first time visit.

One of the mist arrogant individuals I’ve ever encountered

Dr. Dixon has been my pulmonologist for about 4 years. He's a caring physician who listens to what you have to say and does his best to solve any pulmonary issues you have. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Dixon and his staff are very caring and professional. He listens to my concerns and determines the source of the problem, not just by treating the symptoms. I've been a patient of Dr. Dixon for over 15 years and I highly recommend him.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Dixon is warm, caring and professional. The wait time seems to be consistent around 45 minutes to an hour each time we go. We are satisfied with his care.
