Meh.Other docs can do a lot more for less. Beware

me and my wife went there. He knows nothing but money. with simple sonogram he charged thousands of dollars. And hundreds of more dollars he wants me to pay more. My wife did gastroscopy and she still hurts her stomach.

I was sent a bill for 600 dollars from BioReference and I had called them and asked why I was sent this bill. So they told me that this doctor had gave them the "specimen" (I don't even know what that means) and to call the doctor. So they gave me the number and I called the number and then when I told them that I had no idea why I was sent this bill they told me that they had to see the bill in order to do anything. And at this point I was pretty much annoyed because I don't know who this doctor is, what I'm being billed for, why I'm getting billed, and why I have to be the one that clears up this misunderstanding. I didn't even know WHERE the place is until I went on this website. And to be honest the lady at the BioReference place was much nicer than the people at the doctor's office.

office staff are very very rude and unprofessional, have to wait 2 hours. my appointment is 5:30pm, waited until 7:30pm to see the doctor. for blood testing, no special room, took my sample at the hallway and the so call nurse( not sure) has no experience at all.

The doctor is very careless and he is the worst doctor I have ever seen. The whole staff is rude. They kept my own payment for service as well as the payment from the insurance company until I asked for it two months later. Watch out this guy. Besides, they do not give out payment receipts.

I would not recommend for patient who really rush to see doctor because very nasty staffs basically abandon you in a small room for hours. And doctor's attitude toward patients is like take it or leave. It is very much unpleasant experience to see this doctor.

For the people who want to try this doctor, you will REGRET. The clinic is dirty. The so-called Recovery room is a joke, a closet with a love seat sofa, packed with medical boxes, less than 2 feet from the dirty wall to allow your legroom, AND, dirty floor with tons of human hair. In my all 3 visits to this place, the clinic was consistently dirty. In 2 of the visits, I had procedures done in a small operating room. After the procedures, under the influence of anesthesia, they shook my shoulder, forced me to wake up, told me to get dressed, asked me to walk to the closet. I was asked to sit there for 10~15 minutes until I can walk out the clinic in one piece. I need to use the washroom after the procedures. With tremendous pain in my abdominal area, I had to walk back to the waiting room where the only dirty washroom is located. There is no privacy. People in the waiting room heard everything happening in there. I felt very much violated. And I am pretty sure the audience in the… waiting room didnt like it as well. On my third visit, I knew it was going to be my last visit back to that dirty clinic. I asked a copy of my medical file with the doctor. They gave a copy to me without question. I was under influence, and tucked the document in my bag, then left. My symptoms did not go away after 3 visits and 2 procedures. I am determined to go to a different doctor. The other doctor asked me to fax them the complete report. So I took out my report and found that they gave me a report that belonged to someone else. I then called back to Dr. Pans office and asked them to send me a copy. The person was RUDE. She went on telling me the patients privacy thing that they cant mail or fax me a copy because they dont know who could get the copy. IT WAS A JOKE. Remember they gave me someone elses report. They cant convince me now that mailing a copy of the medical report to my house would be a privacy violation. I couldnt feel more violated in their clinic. What could be worse? So, I gave them the new doctors fax number and asked them to fax. She was rude, poking information about what this new doctors specialty is. Because I am sure she is not happy that I am seeking other doctor in the same specialty. Then she told me she could fax it out next Monday. Well, the day I called the office in Tuesday. It would take them a week to open the computer, find the file, print out the file and fax it to my doctor. The most amazing thing is the Monday after, they still had no time to do it. The whole thing was a horrifying experience. They had an anesthesiologist on site for procedures. The clinic used people who are not in my insurance network. My insurance reimbursed me the amount for both procedures, one for $3900 and the other for $4000. I am sure Dr. Pan got paid far more than their anesthesiologist. Its beyond me that he is so stingy and would not pay for a cleaning service. The place does not seem to be cleaned for a very very long time. My comment on this doctor and this clinic is DONT TRY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
