Over the year I have been seen by Dr Burns for my lower back without no results. Being my third visit with additional information we are moving forward. Patience is the key word with the staff. Taking the time to reflect on not the one issue, but to review and evaluate freshly.

patients should ask questions it will help with the visit even though some questions I asked and thought it could go along with the back he answered . He was pleasant and understanding and helped me understand what was wrong and what I could do . I would recommend him to anyone that has back problems He's an asset to southeast orthopedic

I was very impressed with Dr. Burns. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The wait was a bit long however he took his time with us which means he considers each patient important.

Outstanding surgeon, keeps you informed throught your recovery, he thoroughly explained in detail what he planed to do and what to expect going forward. He gave good timelines on how you and your body would feel and respond to the surgery. He managed my expectations and otherwise gave honest opinions. Overall he was a great guy and I would recommend him for your surgery.

After waiting one hour past my appointment time and 30 plus minutes in the exam room after the medical assistant went over some brief history ( I had a medical record with SOS as I was referred for a surgical consult by pain management) I waited another 30 minutes without any update before being taken for X-rays . Finally saw Dr Burns himself! He was personable and honest about my not being a surgical candidate . The long waits without any update led me to be less than enthusiastic about this consult Charlie, the Xray technologist was very caring and empathetic regarding my needs for safety re my poor balance issues

This was my first visit with Dr. Burns. Before I saw him I had x-rays taken of my lower back. I have been dealing with chronic soreness in my left hip for over 18 months. My condition may be related to arthritis in my lower back. Dr Burns listened to my symptoms and asked many questions. He proscribed several drugs that will hopefully reduce the chronic pain I am dealing with. He also proscribed physical therapy and scheduled an MRI. He was very thorough and friendly and I was very impressed with him and his team. The office was very efficient and I only waited about 20 minutes to be seen.

Dr burn is the best orthopedic Dr that i visit and his staff was nice and helpful and I would recommend him to family and friends
