Not a good therapist for children. Very expensive and not worth cash pay. Is way too much into safe spaces instead of a accountability.

I having been visiting with Dr Shea for about a year. She has been a wonderful therapist in helping me to understand and deal with some traumatic events that I have been trying to cope with alone for several years. I tried for decades handling things on my own and have been in therapy in the past but have never completely been able to tell my story due to fear, shame, guilt, and anxiety. That has changed now. She is very easy to talk to and I have gained a lot of trust and confidence that she can help. She is trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy)which has helped me begin processing the trauma I have endured and I am beginning to see some very positive changes. I am happier at work and at home and am very optimistic I can be the mother, friend, and wife that God intended for me to be. I am so thankful for her guidance, patience, and expertise and look forward to continuing to work with her. Thank you Dr Shea!

I’ve been seeing Dr Shea for about two years. I admit I dont open up to anyone easily but she was really easy to talk to. I believe my time with her has helped me enormously. She is very knowledgeable and yet is easy to talk to. She clearly cares about her patients but is firm enough to call me out when I need it. Don’t know what I would have done without her help.
