She really really does listen and enjoy the one on one meeting with her, however when it came to commenting on my labs, she didn't count for the autoimmune flair up that we discussed and treated me like I was a normal patient

The care provider was understanding, took time to listen to my questions and concerns. She also considered my challenges, when deciding on treatment and next-steps. She used language appropriate to my level of education and experience, while also explaining any term or concept I didn't understand. Great bed-side manners all around.

She answered all my questions, and was very patient with me.

It seemed as if she wasn't familiar with me or my medical history or even the reason why I was seeing her for the appointment. She ask me was I still taking medication that I had never been prescribed and had condition or diagnosis improved since my surgery that I never had or been diagnosed with. I felt like she didn't thoroughly read my chart before the visit so I didn't feel cared for as a patient at all.
