Dr. Candace Joan Johnson, MD

My son contracted a fungus in the back of his head and I took him to Dr. Johnson, his meds needed a prior authorization and its been 6 days and we still had not gotten it. I called them and her staff was rude and nasty informed me that she would call me back later due to her having a client in front of her and she had to take care of her. I said that I would hold because my son needs his meds . (A fungus is contagious he need the meds ASAP)the sent me to the voice mail and I was livid, I called back they did they same thing, I called again and this time Jasmine Put me back on hold! At this point I left a mean message and decided not to go back to Dr. Johnson office again in the process of finding my family a knew Dr....I've been a customer for about 3 years and I brought my entire family. I have seen several staff members come and go but, what is really horrible is that Dr. Johnson keeps hiring staff members who clearly doesn't value her business. Stephanie is rude and very… unprofessional and this will be my last time encountering this facility. One of the staff members hung on me several times . I don't know how she keeps her business going at this rate because background checks are truly needed! I will never go back there again. I will never recommend any one either. Is it that my children has Medicaid that you all are so rude to me as a customer or client! Did you know you can be reported to the Medical board as well as the EEOC!!! Black owned businesses if you want to be supported make sure your clients are being treated well and your staff show professional!! Ms. Tan was the best her and Ms. Pam Great workers are hard to find! So upset with this foolishness its just sad!!!!

I absolutely adore this DR. She's concerned and easy to talk to. I would honestly recommend her to ANYONE

I really love Dr Johnson aka Doc McStuffins (which my son calls her). She is really patient with you and makes your child feel soo comfortable. Coming from NY I needed a Dr that my son will be comfortable with. Which he did right away. She will take the time out to answer any questions you may have and make you and your child very comfortable. Her staff are a pleasure. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Pediatric doc.
