Candice Davis, FNP

Candice Davis joined the Fauquier Health team in 2023 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Healthcare was a natural choice for Candice. Even as a young person, she participated in medical mission trips and was a junior hospital volunteer. "My goal is to see each of my patients as a whole person, so I can better understand their situation and we can develop a trusting relationship with each other." Candice specializes in Medicare annual wellness exams, women's health management, acute/urgent care needs, same-day appointments, school and sports physicals, and employment physicals including DOT/CDL medical exams. She is nationally certified by The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. She also performs minor procedures including ear wax removal, abscess drainage, wart/skin tag removal, skin biopsies, sutures, and more. Candice Davis completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University in 2011 with a double minor in Biology and Human Sciences. …Afterwards, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University. She obtained 8 years of emergency nursing experience before completing her Master of Science in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She graduated Summa Cum Laude. Candice is a native Fauquier County resident and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves being outdoors, trying new foods, and attending holiday festivals. Candice enjoys many community outreach programs and volunteers at a variety of local events. She is happy being close to home to provide care within her own community.
