Dr. Candice Martin Demattia, MD

Love Dr. Candice so much! My mom and I both feel like she listens like no other doctor I have been to. When I went while visiting in 2015, I think there were a few kinks in the office staff. I moved here in 2017 and feel like much of that has been worked out. I've been to lots of doctors and for the most part I feel that they just don't care about you at all. She cares though. She doesn't rush you, she listens, and we work together to figure out what to do next in my illness journey. I honestly wish more doctors were like her.

Every visit to see Dr Candice or Dr Jason is a pleasure. Nice and professional doctors who care about your well being.

I found a painful lump on one of my breasts, and my grandfather passed away from cancer. I couldn't get an appointment for TWO WEEKS at the earliest for just a referral to have a diagnostic mammogram done. The office staff is rude and hung up before I could finish asking if there was any way I could get in any faster. Candice was recommended to me by my best friend but having a primary physician with incompetent staff unwilling to even talk when it concerns a BREAST CANCER possibility is just unacceptable. I will be changing my primary physician due to being unable to schedule an appointment for weeks at a time each time I call.

I've only seen Dr. Candice once but because of her I got the help I needed... She's a sweet and kindhearted person that knows her job...

Love the Dr. Candace! However there is room for a lot of improvement with the staff in terms of friendliness. The billing people are particularly aggravating. Dr. Candace accepts Medicare and I have secondary insurance, yet I always receive phone calls, sometimes for months before it finally sinks in that I have no balance.

Dr. Jason and Dr. Candice are great doctors. Some of the nurses are not. Would definitely recommend them. Only problem is wait time, staff needs to get the wait time under 15 minutes, compared to an hour

The website I was looking at said accepting new patients. It took them over 20 rings to answer the phone and then they said no new patients until the end of February. Waste of time to try and schedule with this group!

Nice office, wait was a little longer than I expected. Dr. Demattia was very nice and approachable. Loved their website that you can sign into and review your office visit results.
