Dr. Candise D Kroutil, MD

I had seen her for a few years then all of sudden, she changed. I was treated very unprofessional by her and she never had the same staff working for her. Glad she left, or was ask to leave!!

I've been a patient of hers for several years and I think she is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She takes a lot of time to listen to what is going on in your life, works with you on managing your health with your other life pressures and accommodates you as much as she is allowed. She took this person who only knew I felt awful and has helped me feel great again and maintain that for years. If you truly want good health and not just a pill when you want it whether or not it will help, she's your doctor!

Dr Kroutil is one of the worst Dr I have ever been to. She is rude, self centered, and truly does not care about her clients. You are just a paycheck to this doctor. Don't not see her. Do not trust her.

I had been a patient of Dr. Kroutil for several years and she is OK for colds and ear aches....if you actually develop an illness--forget it. She will follow text book only diagnostics and if you express concern, research and ask questions about what you have found online...you will get a letter "out of the blue" telling you that you are no longer her patient "because you won't allow her to act in your best interests". Also, received this letter just days before a follow-up appt re: recent med. changes! So much for open communication! She couldn't answer my questions...yet expects ?what? just follow what she says? New Doc said my questions were extremely pertinent to my issues....and overall I'm blessed she was incapable of managing my care and at least smart enough to cut herself off....the way she did it tough was self-serving and unprofessional.
