Dr. Lesesne performed an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) that single handedly transformed my stomach from something that had never seen the light of day into bikini ready. The results he produced are beyond my wildest dreams. I have to pinch myself to make sure it’s really me. He removed loose skin that was weighing me down after I had lost 70 lbs. His work is where science meets art. He was detailed, precise, and very caring as he watched over me as I healed which was reassuring and made a painful procedure more comfortable. I would not recommend anyone more than him!

I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Lesesne via his practice website and received an e-mail confirmation. When I arrived, there was only one staff person there. She had no idea that I had an appointment. I showed her the email confirmation, but she professed total ignorance and said that Dr. Lesesne was gone the entire week. My wife had actually purchased a procedure for me as a holiday gift. Admittedly, I did not read the fine print on the voucher at the time to see that it was supposed to be used in a short period of time. Especially given that this was in the middle of the COVID pandemic, I asked if there might be some flexibility or consideration regarding the voucher timeline. She just said "No." She then said, "You can come back if you want to pay for it" (actually, we had already paid for it). As a physician, I understand that patients can sometimes get upset about minor things - but this was ridiculous. Cosmetic surgery is an area of medicine where success is… highly dependent on patient satisfaction. Thus, to have this experience with a Park Avenue plastic surgeon's office - characterized by overt rudeness from the staff - was bizarre.

Dr Lesesne was absolutely the best. I was nervous about getting surgery (face/neck) for the first time and he was so professional, kind, caring and listened to what I wanted done. He put my mind at ease right from the start. He explained what I would expect post surgery and for how long. His follow up was excellent. His staff is so friendly and professional. I have recommended Dr. Lesesne to my friends and they too feel the same way. I have been back for other services and results were the same -five star all the way. Thank you

I had a primary rhinoplasty and chin augmentation with Dr. Lesesne years ago and he completely botched my face. He took out way too much cartilage out of my nose, didn’t break my nose in the right spot, and put my chin implant also in the wrong spot elongating my face more than anything. He never listened to me when I said my chin implant looked like it was in the wrong place and dismissed me. His bedside manner along with his secretary was awful. Do not waste your money on him. You will only incur double the expense for a revision down the road with someone who actually specializes in facial plastic surgery

Being high energy with a young outlook, I am delighted that two weeks after a "mid facelift" by Dr Lesesne , the laxity, jowliness and general sag in my cheek, jaw and mouth areas resulting from gravity and 57 years have been erased. The procedure was stress and pain free and the two week recovery period allowed relaxation without guilt. More and more activity was comfortably possible after three days and I even hosted an event and attended a dinner party after 10 days. Healing will continue, and the gym and earrings will reenter my life in about two weeks. Dr Lesesne is a caring, dedicated perfectionist and my face shows the result. His sense of humor and humanity make it all so easy. The wonderful office staff offer support in every way. Any concern I had about plastic surgery disappeared with Dr Lesesne --together with about 15 years from my face.
