Shes very nice and explains everything that needs to be done

My son was a patient of hers. She has absolutely awful bedside manners. She does not explain anything very well. If you have a question she brushes you off. She doesn't return phone calls promptly, if at all. I can not recommend her as a pediatrician or a physician at all.

Dr. Mack has been my liver specialist for a number of years, and she is worth her weight in gold. She has continually impressed me with her poise, kindness, and knowledge. She values her patients and goes out of her way to provide understanding. My family has driven across the country every year for our appointments with Dr. Mack because she has earned our utmost trust. She is on the edge of new treatment options, and she truly does invest in the long-term health of her patients.
