Horrible doctors. Dr caren makes is cold and uncaring. I healed myself and I’m glad I left that office on a mission to prove her wrong that diet will heal ms and anything else.

Dr. Marks Is frazzled and never listen. Always pushing medicine. You tell her the symptoms your having. It's not MS but clearly it is. The nurses are not collective either. I think it's more about money they get from kick backs then anything else.

I was newly diagosed with Multiple sclerosis back in 2014 .My neuro was moving away to Oregon in 2014 while I was having an MS flare up . Lucky for me I found Dr Marks through another at JFK since Dr Marks was leaving JFK and going to Centra state which is 5 minutes from my house . Dr Marks is a wonderful Dr she is very educated on MS and explains everything she has been treating me for my MS for over 4 years now . I would Highly recommend Her.

I met Dr. Caren Marks as a new patient after recently moving across the country. My first appointment was nothing out of the ordinary. I was unimpressed but I consider myself a pretty easy patient as I immerse myself in the latest MS research and my own records. I had a great relationship with my first neurologist (2009-2017) and expected finding similar understanding, support, and experience from a new neuro wouldn't be an issue. From my first appointment to my second, I decided to discontinue my Ocrevus for a number of reasons and hold on starting another medication. This decision was met with judgement and ridicule from the physical therapy nurse and Caren Marks. I could hear the team criticizing the approach outside my exam room door, each in an unprofessional tone. When she came in, Caren Marks sat before me with her arms crossed and scoffed throughout our conversation. At one point, she asked what we were even doing here. Though she performed the exam, she ended the appointment… by telling me they would have all of my documents ready if I wanted to see someone else. I had not mentioned anything about changing offices or looking for another doctor. My former neurologist was a supportive partner in my medical treatment. I respected her experience and opinion and she respected my decisions. Both Caren Marks and the physical therapy nurse spoke down to me as if I knew nothing of my own disease, my body, and my experiences. What they offered their new patient was far from respectful and completely unprofessional.

Met C Marks MD for first time, she walked into exam room, did not introduce herself to either me or my mother; was very slovenly, dirty hair/ dishoveled. Was vaguely interested in what I had to say or to ask her. As a person with MS for many years, I have always had a great connection with my neurologist, this was a first for me. Very disappointing!

During our lengthy appointment, Dr Caren Marks MD is always concerned and questions me about what goes on with me in my:1. daily life habits/routines, such as how is MS affecting my mobility and daily way of life, and: 2 . my physical/body such as my medications, my meals/diet and my exercise routine and :3. how supportive are my family and friends to me? She is concerned and cares!

She is compassionate and forthright.
