Dr. Carhine Pierre-Lambert

After numerous phone calls to their office to help me with a lab bill, which I got no response after leaving numerous messages, I had to appeal Quest Diagnostics bill of $130 for a lab test that they know quite well should not be performed on an older woman without an issue. It took over a year appealing with Medicare, numerous calls to Quest along with mailings to both. I was finally exonerated from paying this bill, no thanks to this gyn office. I would never go back there. I see on these reviews that others had the same problem. So, ask questions what's going to be performed and why and most of all, ask if insurance will pay.

My complaint is no return calls regarding a bill that the lab is charging me for due to their neglect in not putting the right code and/or reason for the test causing my insurance not to pay. So, now i have to come up with $130 to pay for a test i did not request or know about for an older patient. I've called numerous time asking for Amy, the office manager and told each time she will get back to me. Now, i can't appeal to Medicare as i need the doctor to write a letter explaining why they performed this lab test and all i get are crickets. Won't be back there.

I love the Dr. & staff!! This office is the is prompt, friendly and helpful. Dr. Lambert has given me the highest level of care and compassion. I feel blessed to have this Dr and her staff in our community.

Dr Lambert is one of the most caring doctors I have ever come across . She spent time with my daughter and answers all her questions and was very sincere when there was a concern . The staff is awesome as well very friendly and always there to help when you need it . I could not ask for a better ob/GYN for my daughter

Appointment was with the ARNP and I couldn't have been happier. Her bedside manner was top notch - she put me at ease and was very relatable. I would HIGHLY recommend this office. Not only was the ARNP fantastic but the office staff was also very friendly, helpful and polite. I look forward to my next appointment - how many appointments can you say that about?

This is the best doctor in the world!

This was my 14 year old daughter's first visit with a GYN. Her comment after the visit upon getting back in our car spoke volumes about Dr. Lambert: "Dr. Lambert was very calming Mama". I very much appreciate the staff and doctor making this a 'calm' experience for her!

Dr. Lambert is absolutely the best! She takes the time to explain things, listen and answer questions. She and her staff are top notch!!

So far she is a great doctor. The staff is very friendly and helped me out a lot to get my appointments the days that I needed to be seen. Not too many doctor offices accommodate you like they did going above and beyond. The doctor is very knowledgable and explained everything very well. I have only been their twice hopefully to stay there as long as I need to be.
