Dr. Barnhill is an amazing and caring Doctor. I've been going through a very difficult diagnosis, lots of pain and new debilitating symptoms daily. She personally answers her messages with thorough and thoughtful replies. She listens and doesn't dismiss your symptoms or equate everything to anxiety. If she doesn't know an exact answer to something, she'll research it and get back to you quickly with good advice. She's fit me in on several occasions for emergency situations. I just feel very lucky to have found her during this difficult time in my life. She's a very thorough and thoughtful Doctor with great bedside manner. Bay Care should feel very lucky to have her!

Blessed to have Dr.Barnhill for primary care. I've been seeing her for about 3 years. I have several complex chronic issues and she has been on top of quarterbacking my team of specialists. She is very caring and takes her time in explaining diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Barnhill seemed overwhelmed with my history. In this follow-up from a severe bronchitis, she listened to my chest and said it sounded better but not quite well. She asked me to keep using the medicines. She had no comment about my ongoing weight loss. She also wanted me to get a breast x-ray but did not tell me a reason. I did not feel confident about her medical knowledge.

Dr Barnhill really cares for her patients. She takes her time to explain thoroughly my conditions and my plan for the future. She calss me personally to check on me. That is why I consider her a Rock Star Doctor.

Unfortunately, contacting her office is a nightmare! This is 2015 and they don't even have voicemail. I tried literally all day to contact her today after she called me with test results this morning and I just kept getting their lunch message, which states that the office is closed for a staff meeting and then the phone would hang up on me! That does not make me feel very comfortable, particularly since I really wanted to ask her a couple of questions before seeking out a surgeon. Now I have to wait until Monday?!
