Since 1983, Crossroads Family Dentistry has been providing our patients with affordable quality dental services. Establishing and maintaining the highest degree of oral health is the top priority.
After graduating from Creighton Dental School in Omaha Nebraska, Dr. Carl Dais
worked with the Indian Health Service in Lawton Oklahoma. Shortly thereafter Dr. Dais
joined Crossroads Family Dentistry. For 25 years he has enjoyed working with the
competent, concerned, & caring staff of Crossroads Family Dentistry. Dr. Dais and his
staff have endeavored to keep abreast with the many advances in modern Dentistry
so that we can offer the most up to date care for our patients.
