Dr. Smart is by far the most intelligent and understanding doctor i have ever come across. He listens and takes your concerns into consideration and incorporates that into your care. Not an easy thing to do with a patient like me who "knows everything" hes earned my trust and my respect

I first met Dr. Smart in the hospital Presbyterian Matthews North Carolina. I really liked him , very professional very knowledgeable and he talked to me like a person made sure I understood everything. That was about 6 years ago. Dr. Smart is a wonderful person. His staff is friendly and willing to always help with any situation. I am grateful I met Dr. Smart when I did.

De. Smart has been my Pulmonaligist since 1996. And he is absolutely fabulous. He sincerely cares about his patients. He has saved my life numerous times. I wouldn't change my Dr. For anything and would travel hours and miles to see him.

Dr Smart is a Great Plumonoligist .I have been with him for about 18years, & from day one he has been very caring , made me more knowledgeable of my condition so I can understand the total degree of of it .He's given me the strength to stay encouraged !! He is to me Family ! I am proud to have him as my Dr.

Knows what he is doing. Always a wealth of information. Excellent bedside manor. Will answer any and all questions that other Drs. just dont have a clue about. Not just a specialist in pulmonary medicine, he is also a specialist in listening to what your concerns are and making sure your needs are met. Would never go to anyone else!!

After being referred by my doctor I went to this "specialist" and could not get over the unprofessional and downright rude experience I had. From the nurses to the doctor himself. Needless to say I will never set foot in that office again.
