Dr. Carl Vancol, MD

Dr. Carl vancol is a good doctor but his secretary is unprofessional, rude and the phone number to there office is never answered. I dont think his nurse will be there very much longrr. Vancol has been in medicine for 25 years he deserves to have people on his staff not only nice and doing her jobs when she hss vancols eyes on her. Shes very rude to many patients and ive had many activities where i need paperwork finished by his office and she will say she done and fax uour paperwork but all the other referrals say she hasnt sent anything and this she will keep up for weeks. Lying to payients when they get thru to the phone number shes suppose to answer she will tell you she has finished and sends your paperwork you call to confirm as soon a she says this and all other offices say she have not sent no fax nor email this seems to be an on going situation with this office. She gives you the complete runaround and lies right to you.

Although my son was being seen as a new transfer patient we were made to feel at home as if we had been visiting Dr. Vancol for years. Courteous staff and knowledgeable about the new patient ease of transfer protocol.

Phone wait time can average 20 minutes (two call attempts); No call back for simple questions; in person staff can be very rude and robotic; back office desk staff are loud, more rude and poorly trained. Dr. seems nice and well qualified, but extremely overworked. Parking in lot is difficult due to overcrowding small lot. Wait time for appointments averaged 20-30 minutes multiple times.
