Dr Williams and staff are the best! Always right on time with my scheduled appointment, no waiting in the office. The office is clean, staff is always friendly and informative. I had 4 extractions an Dr. Williams was very professional, and even called me at 5:30 in the evening to make sure I was doing alright. I love this office and all the people who work here.

I was very happy with my experience. I left my last dentist after years of bad service. I was so unhappy I missed 2 years of cleanings. Dr Williams' practice restarted my dental health regimine.

Came here because he took my dental plan, even though my lifelong dentist (who no longer takes my insurance) told me to beware of Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams me I needed 7 teeth fixed ASAP (even though my previous dentist said my teeth all looked great)...including a root canal. Dr. Williams' office said that they would take care of all my insurance paperwork....never mentioning until after all the work was done that my insurance wouldn't cover everything. Yes, that could've been partly my fault; I shouldn't have believed them. Then, after having the root canal done and Dr. Williams putting on the crown, within a few months, there was a crack in the crown. He told me that he would fix it....at my expense. I have not only had a very expensive year because of the dentist, but I still have 4 teeth with tons of sensitivity 8 months after they have been worked on. Almost forgot to mention: the crown with the crack in it broke in half today.......I will be looking for a new dentist… first thing in the morning. Very, very disappointed.

I am still upset over my visit yesterday. Came in at 2:45p, filled out necessary paperwork, got into room 3p, asst took xray. Then I waited 40 minutes for the dentist to come in. He took one look at the xray, told the asst that something was wrong with it, said he needed a better one. Looked into my mouth (I need a dental implant) but hardly said much, and gave no info re: implant. Asst took another xray, and then I waited ANOTHER 40 minutes only to have a different asst come in & tell me that nothing could be done, since I needed full mouth xrays which I was not eligible for yet under my insurance plan. This was at 4:25pm! I was totally floored. I said "so I have been sitting here for 1-1/2 hrs for NOTHING". The lady was nice and said she was sorry. So that was that. Very unusual experience, never had anything like that happen to me before. A total waste of my time. YET they had me sign a form that they will bill my ins $90 for the 'exam' (what exam?) and $20-25 a pc for the xrays… (the first one which was wrong should not be my responsibility).
