I would not recommend Birchwood Dental in Lebanon to anyone. Over a year ago, I went in for a spot on my teeth that I thought needed attention. The dentist said he would fix that tooth and while I was numbed he would go ahead and resurface my lower front teeth. I had to go back in a few months to get the filling put back in and a few of my front teeth resurfaced. A few months later I had to go back in to get a few of my front teeth resurfaced again because that fell off. Months later I called again to get most of them resurfaced again. When I arrived, it was still within a year of the last repairs, but I was told I had to go thru a consultation again. I told them I was only there for the repairs and no numbing needed. They said they were required to do a consultation again and I would have to come back in two days to get the work done. I was very aggravated but I returned in two days. Dr. Lee redone four of the five teeth. Fifth one, I guess was out of warranty. I was told… again no charge. Two and a half months later I get a bill for $79. I called and was told that was my part after the insurance paid for the consultation. I told them I had a statement showing no charge and I wasn’t paying. I was told I would be turned over to a collection agency if I didn’t pay. In my opinion, it was fraudulent for them to send a bill to the insurance company also.
