Dr. Carla Elaine Bystricky, MD

Not a bad pediatrician. She won't push you directly, but she'll let her staff (especially one person in particular) push for heavy vaccinations...including vaccinations that aren't needed...and on compressed schedules. Staunch W.H.O. herd immunity stance. I'm not anti-vaccination. It just needs to be applied with more consideration toward the patient, and not based on biased information and metrics that the overall medical community seems to subscribe to. There is the government vaccination schedule, and then there is the accelerated Bystricky office schedule. Guess which one they try to report when I entered my son into daycare. Had to take the day off, go to her office, and make her staff rewrite the report to legal requirements. It was like they were trying to leverage me into going with their vaccination schedule.

Amazing, she has a way with children that make them not fear the shots, and talks to parents like a parent not a doctor. Very welcoming, very sincere, and knows the kids and parents by name.
