Dr. Carla Gentry, MD

Bad doctor. No care in the world for her patients and their concerns, would not recommend her!

I have been under Dr. Carla Gentry's care nor over !3 years ago. When she left Spartanburg Regional, I went where she went. I have ALWAYS been treated with HONESTY, no matter how bad things might be. A real Straight shooter but yet she listens to what I have to say because who knows my body better than I do. I have recommended Dr. Gentry and they are still with her now. Her staff behind the lobby are GREAT. Calls me back when they say they will. The first Dr. I have ever talked to over the phone. She will have to kick me out before I leave her. I love and respect her for being generous with her time, honesty and diagnosis. The only thing I have a problem with is Grace at the front desk ( sorry don't know her last name ). She is rude more than she is not. I have heard other patients say the same thing sitting in the lobby. Everyone else is spot on.

Very good dr. She listens to what problems you are having and will prescribe medicines to help after a thorough exam!

Wait time and getting an appointment are excellent. Service, diagnosis and caring are awful. If not for an x-ray, she would have missed pneumonia in a patient. They tell you to come back if not better but if you call back, you're told by RN, you can go to Urgent Care or Emergency Room because the dr can't do anything. One time, called back because not better after 5 days of 102 temp and was asked "What do you want me to do about it?" Yes, those are the exact words the person making appts said. Had to go to Urgent Care because they would not make an appt. If you are rather healthy, this is the place to go. If not, find another dr, which I did.

She has been my doctor for about five years, and she is quite knowledgeable and caring.
