Dr. Carla Lanette Soler, MD

She's very calm , informative, & most of all thorough. I highly recommend her to my peers.

Dr. Soler was the best Doctor I have ever had in my whole life. I have spent years suffering from so many things and she help me more than any doctor I have ever had. And I have seen hundreds. She would spend time with me and never made me feel rushed. She always made me feel like my life and health care were always number 1. She was very careful about what meds I took. Very closely monitored all my meds. I was living life again. She suddenly left Rancho Family Medical and they have been lying to people about how she handled medications for her patients. I know for a fact this is a lie. She was always careful about everything. Since she left, The new Dr that took her place is rude and very unprofessional and made me feel like I didn't even matter. I filed a complaint about her. She didn't even call in my meds when she said she would and wants me to come in again. I wouldn't go back there if they paid Me! They have completely messed up my medications all in one visit and I have gone… down hill completely. I'm feel like I'm having heart attack! I have no rescue inhaler, no anxiety and panic attacks meds and she was so rude and would not l listen at all!! She acted like she was in a hurry and wouldn't listen to anything I said! I wish they would bring Dr. Soler back. She was the best!!!! I will never go back there if they don't. But I found it very unprofessional for them to be telling patients the things they did about Dr. Soler. I went from being healthier than I have been in 30 years to back to the basement and feeling awful suffering from so much pain, Since she left. Please bring her back!

Very caring doctor!!

I have seen Dr. Soler about three or four times and found her to be caring, pleasant and concerned. She seemed to be able to answer all my questions and concerns about my health and I felt that I was in good hands with her.

This is one of my all time favorite physicians! I am so sorry she left Kaiser.

I would love to give Dr. Soler 5 stars in every field. She is a very competent physician with great bedside manners. in my opinion an overall rating for a doctor should be broken down to %60 about the doctor and %40 about the staff. Unfortunately some of her office staff beginning from the reception desk need more training in dealing with patients and their caretakers as well as keeping their records straight. It seems like somewhere on the road the communication with the doctor hits the "gatekeepers". Please note that some of the staff is wonderful. I believe it will not be difficult to give Dr. Soler an excellent rating if the communication with her is improved. A nice greeting with a smiling face by the office staff would only bring the best out of the patients and their loved ones.

Dr. Soler is the first doctor that both me and my family have been comfortable with. She has been nothing but honest and upfront with all of us, but in a loving and compassionate way. She is literally the best!

THIS DOCTOR IS ON THE OF TOP OF THE GAME,SHE KNOWS HER PATIENT'S NEEDS, GREAT WITH REFERRALS,GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER. YOU WILL THIS DOCTOR ONLYGET BETTER BECAUSE THIS PUTS THE PATIENT FIRST.
