I had Spasmodic Torticollis neck surgery about 1996. It was completely successful. I don’t think I would be living without the surgery. I am almost 80 years old and I exercise 3 times a week. Thank you Dr Arce.

The visit was very professional and informative concerning my health issue.

I posted a negative review in regards to Dr Arce's staff. I spoke to a manager named Susan who was simply outstanding with her empathy and helping me address my concerns and getting me in to see the Dr. In retrospect, despite the cancellations and rescheduling my personal frustration may have factored in to painting the employee who called my condition "elective" into a corner where they didn't deserve to be and spoke in exasperation to my frustration. I could not withdraw the review, or at least I couldn't figure out how, and hope that everyone will read the whole story. If anyone knows how to remove the negative initial review please post a comment to tell me how.

Dr Arce’s Office has repeatedly rescheduled and cancelled appointments with me causing me to continue to endure excruciating pain in the hopes the Dr will grant me a few moments to review the tests he scheduled. After being told my debilitating back pain was “elective”, a very rude employee named Michelle hung up on me and when I called patient relations my rescheduled appointment became cancelled. I am filing complaints with anyone who will listen but the Doctor is either unaware or condones his staff behavior.

Dr. Arce replaced C-3,C-4,C-5 with a titanium plate in my neck on 2/16/2012 and I had new CT scan in 2017 and The plate and hardware are intact and stable....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR SPINAL SURGERY....

Dr. Arce is at the top of the game when it comes to evaluating, and treating people afflicted with Dystonia. The life-changing results I witnessed him provide to a loved-one where complications-free and rooted in compassion. This is a great man. I whole-heartedly recommend him to ANYONE who is coping with DYSTONIA or to ANYONE who knows someone with this affliction. There is hope for improved quality-of-life. Don't hesitate a moment longer. Contact his office to schedule an evaluation asap. Life changing. Best of luck. "THE TIME WAITING IN HIS OFFICE" IS IRRELEVANT. You could spend "all day waiting" and receive your life back in exchange in the long run.

I cannot tell you and your staff how much you have effected my life. I am and always be grateful to you and your skills. You are a very talented and experienced surgeon. I can type this message without holding my head and crying as I do it. Thank you again for the God given talent and the staff the helped me through such a difficult process.

Dr Arce is a Very Good Dr .. Very compassionate , and last but not least .. He's knows his field and seems to be go above & beyond for his patients .. He did my surgery in 2009 and hopefully he has replaced his office manager ( Michele ) or whatever her title was . She was rude, seem to call back when it was convenient for her !! Just out right unprofessional !! And I even heard that other co workers in the hospital weren't happy when they had to deal with her !!

Caring, thorough, skilled. Did more surgery than planned. Would highly recommend.
