As a sports fitness therapist in Alexandria, VA, Dr. Carlos Berio has an extensive sports performance and training background.Carlos earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland at College Park and subsequently earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from George Washington University. His education is rounded out by a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy which he uses to help his clients become pain-free and reach their maximum performance.Carlos’ passions lie in attaining of client rehab goals and the highest …level of performance possible.
