Dr. Carlos Borrás, MD

Dr. Carlos Borrás is an internal medicine physician who completed his medical degree at Universidad Central Del Caribe. He pursued extensive postgraduate training with residencies at prestigious Johns Hopkins University affiliated hospitals and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, followed by a fellowship in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in 2002.
