Choosing to go to this Drs office was the worst decision i could have ever made when choosing a physician for my daughter. Due to their process on answering their phone calls is one of the worst when having to take care of a matter. You need to leave a message that will be answered in 24 hrs. By then you could be ill. The Dr prescribed a prescription that the pharmacy need information from them and could not get through them because of the answering system they have. And after months of waiting and going through the worst with this condition of my daughter one of the employees by the name of a Maria calls me to yelled at me due to she said that i had sent her a rude email. The email stated that the pharmacy is calling them and could they please pick up. Yelling at me Maria said that the email was rude. This is unacceptable and unprofessional that a Dr off is calling a patient to yelled at the patient in a time of dealing with a bad condition. The worst place to take yourself and love… ones to be taken care of by these unprofessional people that are rendering health service to the public.

biannual derm appt. friendly staff, got thru check in and out quickly. they did take a couple of pieces to remember me by which didn't hurt a bit.

The staff was amazing and the treatment was phenomenal. I look forward to making this dr my primary dermatologist.

My husband first met Dr. Cohen around twenty years ago when he worked at Cleveland Clinic. We managed to locate him after he left and we have been his patients ever since. Not only he is very thorough, but he gives you all the time you feel a doctor needs to get the full picture.

Yesterday I tried calling to make An appointment with Dr Cohen. What a nightmare! Whenever I dialed 2 for appointments, I would get disconnected. Once I got through and the lady asked me to hold and I held for about 30 minutes and had to hang up and try again. I must have tried to get someone for at least 2 hours until I finally quit. It was awful!
