Dr. Cossio is never at his office and no one to answer the phone to even try to make an appointment

I have been a paitent of Dr. Cossio for 3 years now. He has always been exceptionally knowledgeable about my symptoms and helps me find a cure. The staff is very friendly as well!

Miss "Laura" (Office Manager) is very unprofessional and has a lot to learn. I will report this office to my insurance carrier as a place to NOT do business with.

There is something wrong with this man, one day he is really nice and the next day he has is the rudest individual I have ever met. Why see someone like this when there are other doctors who are always kind? A very, very unsatisfied patient.
