Worse place ever. The two girls in the front desk who are the face of this medical office are RUDE, NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I not only was treated disgustingly but they had me waiting for over 4 1/2 hours. Find yourself another PCP this place is just AWFUL !!!!

Horrible. I arrived at my appointment early but waited 2 hrs to be seen for vitals only. After waiting for an hour I asked how much longer. I was told there was 1 person before me and she wasn't sure how long everything would take. I waited another 45 mins and was finally taken for vitals. While in the room the staff did my weight and blood pressure while asking questions that were already answered on the form. I answered them anyway. She then began taking out the supplies to draw blood. The single glove was the last thing to be taken out. She wrote on the vials and urine cup, needles, alcohol pads, etc all without putting on the single glove. She flicked her hair with her bare hands then took the alcohol pad out and laid it to the side. Sprayed the tie with hand sanitizer spray again in her bare hands. I told her to start again but this time with gloves on both hands. She got up and left. Thr doctor came in and asked what was the problem. I told him what occurred. He asked who… referred me and why I was there. I told him my gyn referred me. He asked who my primary doctor was. I told him. He said I had an attitude since I got there and I had to leave. I left without an issue. I was waiting outside in the cold for my access a ride that I had to reschedule due to the long visit wait. I was upset and a patient going in asked what was wrong. I told him with tears in my eyes. He said Dr. Driggs did the same thing to his sister. I would never go here if it was the last place on God's green earth. The staff was rude, unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend for a rat to go to this facility. I hate the fact that I have to give even one star.

I'VE BEEN WITH DR DRIGGS FOR 16 YRS. I MOVED ONE HOUR AWAY AND STILL TAKE THE DRIVE TO SEE HIM. HE IS ALWAYS NICE AND HIS STAFF IS GREAT. ISMAEL PEREZ

I entrusted this doctor with my father's care for many years and although the staff was mediocre, the doctor's care was good. That has all changed. He is rude, does not give quality care and on top of that, you have to wait over 4 hours, during COVID in a waiting room full of patients to see him. When I asked why the long wait, he responded " that's the way it is now" In other words, take it or leave it. What a horrible example for a physician and human being. Close the office if you are not capable of following proper social distancing guidelines in your office and not being capable of being a compassionate human being. Would not recommend not even to an enemy anymore!

I have been going to the office for almost 14 years. Dr. Driggs has a very large caseload, so earlier on I began seeing Dr. Birmingham. He is very thorough. They have manage my Thyroid problems very effectively. They take time to converse with the patients, in order to provide efficient support. I must admit that the wait time is horrible. I know that I'll have to wait at least two hours, so I plan accordingly. I thank them for what they do for, especially the minority community as a whole. The office is clean and the staff has been very pleasant with me. One thing I notice, is that the staff changes frequently. All-in-all, if the wait time can be shortened, it would be a pleasure.

Yes, you will definitely have to wait a long time, doctor is a nice person, staff does not know what they are doing. Got a referral to a specialist after waiting all day. Took day off, only to find out referral was incomplete and I was not seen. Doctor is aware of challenges, changed doctor - his case load is huge and it effects service.

I absolutely adore Dr. Driggs, he is compassionate and he always treats me with utmost respect, besides he is a great Doctor in my eyes. I absolutely have nothing negative to say about him!!!!

Horrible, be prepared to wait Hours and hours the worst medical office

All I can say is horrible, rude, and disrespect. No one should see him and if you are satisfied with his 0% level of professionalism then you need help.
