Really appreciate the care that the entire Elizondo Medical Group team puts in to make sure my visits are thorough. I feel cared for by every staff member on the team. Thank you.

Dr. Carlos Elizond is a great listener and takes the time needed to answer my questions. The entire practice is friendly and works well on team care.

Although I have not been personally treated, nor have met Dr. Elizondo, I have had excellent care from his staff of LNPs and his phlebotomist. Couldn't be happier.

First, be prepared to wait! Do not try to schedule anything round the appointment. Even with a scheduled appointment I generally have to wait more than two hours to be seen. They charge you the copay before providing the service. I think it's so you won't walk out on them. I have never met Dr. Elizondo. In two years, I have only been seen by the nursing staff. The office staff is pretty rude, be prepared to get a lot of attitude.

I had an Appointment at 2:40 and my husband at 3:40 today. I called early this morning to ask if we both could be seen together. They told me to be here at 2:40 pm and it is almost 4:00 pm and we are still in the waiting room. They are overscheduling too many patients.

Well I shouldn't put patient I should put former patient. I went today to see the doctor. I was 10 minutes late and they said my appt. was at 3:40 but it was at 4:00 I didn't l get to see the doctor, because I got there at 3:50. The lady was very rude to me when I was trying to explain that it was at 4:00. I was so upset because I'm from out of town not from Corpus. So I decided to change doctors because if it was Dr. Mackrizz I would not have this problem. I was with him for 15 years and know I'm changing doctors because these people don't care about their patients

that office is just to much no bed side manner, staff never answers phone, there rude not even a greeting, I could go on and on but My experience he shouldn't over book patients when were having to wait 4 hrs to be seen for 15 min with him in the room
