Don't go to this doctor. Wait time is horrible 1 to 2 hours they've had many turn over with staff. They never call you back. Dr. Pacheco barely gives you any time. Look elsewhere and save yourself money.

They took advantage of a vulnerable elderly patient. They insisted that the "needed glucose monitor" was covered by insurance, then charged $1200 to an old lady (my mother) on a fixed income. The test was unnecessary-a scare tactic. Find a better doctor...anywhere.

Dr. is good, he comes with high recommendations, my husband has been going to him, now when we have to cancel or reschedule or make an appointment there is no one live to speak with, then you leave a detail message no one calls you back, then in the pass we would not hear from them however we'd be told they have called and left messages, well why am I calling. It doesn't matter the time of day. Example today I called early enough morning no return call, I called tonight, had the option on leaving a message if cancelling. I went ahead and said I making the effort after 10PM to leave a message not to cancel an appointment but in hopes someone hears the message and do call us back as soon as possible. If it's so hectic hire a receptionist just for that!!!

Since going to Dr Pacheco I am in better health than I ever have been! He really cares for his patients and listens!! I highly recommend Dr Pacheco who is in need of a Endocrinologist!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's for 15 years, and in that time he has always been quite patient, willing to listen and capable of providing the latest in type 1 diabetic medical treatment. Highly recommended

Spends very little time with the patient Allows no questions. Just looks at lab results and does not ever examine the patient. Always in a big hurry to move you out!

DR. Pacheco is not only a great Doctor but one of the most kind and considerate Doctors I have ever Encountered. He really cares about his patients. I have seen him for Five years and cannot do anything But praise him. A credit to his profession !!!

I was dismissed from his office be caused I did not re-schedule my annual appointment. I explained to staff that I needed to postpone my appointment as I was getting ready to deliver my now 3 month old son. As free multiple calls to try to schedule an appointment I was told that I had to write to the Dr directly explaining why I did not schedule an annual appointment and it would be at his discretion if he allowed me to book an appointment. They made me feel as if I had to appologize for having a life and having to juggle a new born and my appointment with them. Needless to say I will not be writing such letter or going back to Dr. Pacheco. Very disappointed in how they handle patient care.
