Dr. Carlos Andres Palacio, MD

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible bedside manners. My 85 year old mom was rushed to the emergency room after experiencing a fall at a nursing home where she broke her nose and shoulder. Carlos came in scolding my mom about her diet and how she does not exercise enough and then looks at me and asks if I work out. (Which I do 5-6 days a week. I may be slightly overweight but I am very muscular). He said well muscles don’t matter and I said don’t judge me. Just because you are skinny doesn’t mean you are healthy. He continued to rant about Americans and how they have normalized obesity. All while my poor mom is there just laid up! He says anymore questions? I said you haven’t answered any questions what about her nose and shoulder? He said I will schedule an MRI on her shoulder and left! Anyone even a little overweight or with diabetes run from this PERFECT man!

Doctor Palacio is an amazing PCP. Very professional, kind, caring. Excelent bedside manners. The staff is great also.
