It is always pleasant to visit the office. The staff is courteous and nice. Dr. Stincer is very professional and treats you with respect and kindness.

Dr. Carlos E. Stincer came highly recommended to me by my Internist/Cardiologist, Dr. Peter V. Choy. I have been a Patient of Dr. Choy's for the last, approximately, 15 years. ********* I felt completely at ease at Dr. Stincer's office not only during my sessions but with his most courteous/helpful Staff. I cannot say enough good things about them! Upon the completion of my initial and evaluational session, I had a diagnosis plus a treatment. I cannot Thank Dr. Stincer enough! Overall, a VERY Positive experience! If anyone should need this specialty of Medicine, do not hesitate -------Dr. Stincer is a very knowledgeable Physician, in his field, and caring as well for his Patients!
