I’ve been a patient since 2019 and I have a rare auto immune disease and Dr. Victorica familiarized himself quickly and passionately about my disease. He has been a crucial asset to my health care team! The only downside is that his office team need more help/better help because he doesn’t get messages in a timely fashion if at all. And this does include the support from Baptist call center. But I will NOT change Dr. Victorica from my primary care physician because of that! I have just dealt with it. I can see how it can frustrate others, but don’t give up on seeing him, he will change your opinion about health care for the better!!

There is no customer service or support. Asked to have covid-19 blood work done, after 3 weeks I had to go in to grab my lab results, but the blood work for covid-19 was never requested by the doctor. Called asking, the answer was just "it was never requested". No interest or urgency on fixing their mistake. Dr. DeOliveira and Victorica needs to hire an office manager, I had it. Not going back, and telling my friends I referred to them the same.

One of the most caring doctors I have ever been to...great diagnostician too! Never feel rushed, great listener and a good soul!

Now in Boca Raton, FL, I had a good first visit with Dr. "V." Was seen on time, didn't feel rushed at all, and was able to develop a game plan, going forward. Recommend.

I wish he were still in Austin! He's amazing, and I cannot reccomend him highly enough. He's thorough, caring, and EXTREMELY knowledgable. He sets the standard for what primary care should be across the board!
