Dr. Dittman was absolutely amazing. She focused her attention on me, not on the computer. She's would look in my chart but quickly would turn and face me, at my level where I was sitting. I felt truly cared for. Her questions and suggestions were non judge mental (even though I was slacking in getting in to see her and getting labs completed that were ordered by another provider. Such gentle nudging me to get these things done. I was allowed to talk and share the difficult time I was having and together we came up with a plan. I just can't say enough good about her and the care I received. Truly Virginia Mason Medical Centers placing the patient at the top of the care pyramid. I left that appointment feeling like a tremendous weight had been lifted off of my shoulders, and for that I feel blessed and grateful. Thank you Dr. Dittman for your excellent patient care.
