Dr. Carmen Gutierrez, MD

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I feel other patients should be aware of my experience. I came to this doctor seeking answers and support for ongoing health concerns, but I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and frustrated. Throughout the appointment, I felt rushed and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. When I tried to discuss my symptoms and ask questions, I did not feel that I was being listened to or given the time needed to fully address my health issues. A doctor’s bedside manner is just as important as their medical knowledge, and unfortunately, I did not experience the compassion, empathy, or concern that I expected from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and involved in their own care. Instead, I left feeling discouraged and without the guidance I was seeking. Based on my experience, I will be looking for a different provider. I hope future patients receive a more attentive and supportive experience than I did.

Rude. Miserable. Horrible experience.

Horrible bedside manner.. I felt no real concern or empathy from her regarding the matters I was visiting with her for. I will never visit with Dr. Gutierrez again.
