my concern is with the staff specific there is a nurse that should work with animals and not kids she is horrible she is in room number 3 is a dominican tall black woman she is really bad she talks bad to the kids and to the parents no good at all

Well this was my second time around using this doctor for my daughter. I went back because my insurance had change and my daughter needed a physical for school. When I saw the doctor she told me I should invest in $50 for a facial for my daughter. If she wanted to pay for it I would've gladly accpeted the offer. I don't think she needed to make that kind of comment with my 14 year old. The office charged me a co-pay and it turns out that I didn't have to pay a co-pay for that visit. I spoke to the billing depart.about getting reinbursed and they insisted that I had to pay that co-pay. I told the guy that Aetna stated I wasn't supposed to be charged a co-pay, the guy asked if I had anything in writing. I called Aetna back and they put me on hold while they called the doctor's office and spoke to the billing department. I'm happy to say I will get a check in the mail. As my title stated, I'm looking for another doctor. Good doctors are hard to find!!!
