My experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. From the start, she did not take my pain seriously and repeatedly dismissed my concerns. I had to push hard just to get the appropriate tests ordered in a reasonable timeframe. She insisted nothing about my condition was urgent and even sent a message doubling down that the test I requested “wasn’t actually needed,” and was only optional. When the test was finally completed, it confirmed exactly what I had been trying to tell her — the very issue I came in for and specifically asked to be evaluated. Despite this, I never received any acknowledgment or apology for the delay or the way my concerns were handled. I left feeling unheard, minimized, and frustrated. Patients deserve to have their symptoms taken seriously, not discounted. I expect better from Kaiser.
