Excellent experience with Dr. Carmin Kalorin & the entire staff at WakeMed. Clean facilities and fast wait times. Dr. Kalorin was able to see me right away when other facilities had me waiting for months. He explained everything so I could understand it. Highly recommended.

The wait was over an hour. Dr. Kalorian treated me about eight years ago and I was very pleased with his care and attention. After being notified by my personal phy that I required a urologist, without hesitation I contacted Dr. Kalorian. As before, extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of my past medical incidents. He is top notch. The wait time is my only complaint.

When I first booked my appointment, it had to be several months out. However, Dr Kalorin had seen and spoke with me during my most recent stay in WakeMed hospital for an infection, so when he saw how far the appointment was out, he had his team do a work in on the schedule and this put me seeing him within a month. Then, even though I was squeezed in between two patients, he was not rushed or hurried. He came in and had already reviewed my chart and was ready to discuss a plan of action. Very pleased with Dr Kalorin and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Kalorin is expert, caring, responsive and attentive. A top tier physician.

I saw Dr. Kalorin for the first a while ago and he was amazing. Recently, I had more kidney stones so I went back to see him.He rushes through things (I get it, he's a busy doctor), but when he says if you have any issues just call, that doesn't work so well. You can never reach him directly and if you have a major problem over the weekend you don't receive much help, if any at all.He did not refill my antibiotic before my surgery because he was out of town for the 4th of July (I called on the 3rd and was assured it would be sent in). I have a relentless infection and by the time my surgery was near I already had become sick so I cancelled the surgery. He dropped me as a patient and would not refer me to anyone in WakeMed.He did not respond to any questions I had via MyChart and he is just not the physician he used to be.

Dr. Calorin is a very professional healthcare provider. His clinic runs like a finely tuned watch. He's friendly, precise, a people person, and a skilled surgeon.

I have seen Dr Kalorin for a few years now and I have nothing but good to say about him. He is knowledgable, personable. He takes his time and talks to you not at you, he listens and answers questions you may have. He and his nurses are very responsive to messages sent.

Was trying to set up an appointment for my dad. The person on the phone was uncaring, rude and a witch (if you know what I mean). Decided to cancel the appointment and find another doctor.
