I have been with Dr. Ehrlich for 21 years. Outstanding physician who cares.

I have been with Dr. Ehrlich for more than 15 years. I have always found her to take the time needed and to order necessary tests to diagnose my problems. She follows up on test results and called me at home when she received some results from a specialist making sure I was getting proper treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ehrlich.

Dr Ehrlich is top notch in my book. I have seen her for many years. She also was my Mother's doctor for years. When I was the caregiver for my Mother with Alzheimer's Dr Ehrlich took extra time to help me help my MOM. She was there not only as my Mother's Doctor but was so supportive to me. She took so much of her time listening to my needs and concerns about my own health too. She tells it like it is and will always give you the time needed to figure out what is the best route to take. Her nurse Paula Harmon and her team of associates all created a positive caring experience for us. I would recommend Dr Ehrlich to you. I continue to see her and feel that I am in the best of hands for my care and I have numerous health issues that she continues to help me manage.

Dr. Ehrlich goes above and beyond to trouble-shoot puzzling conditions. She always has the patient's interest first and follows her "better safe then sorry" theory. Her ability to listen and answer all questions, is refreshing and reassuring. Her staff are great team players and that is wonderful, when calling for an appt. or with a concerned issue.

Dr. Carol Ehrlich is an excellent doctor & an expert clinician.She is caring, compassionate, and very astute in diagnosing any issues & the required course of treatment. EXCEPTIONAL!

I suffered (and still suffer) from a condition that Dr. Ehrlich made a quick diagnosis of the issue that ended up making things worse, she repeatedly urged me not to see a specialist-stressing how I would never be able to get an appointment(I had one within a week, and was told at that time her diagnosis was definitely incorrect), and when, on the advice of an Emergency Room physician and another Specialist's office requested that she make an appointment for me (due to an insurance requirement that it go through her office) for some imaging, she took it upon herself to change the test order (which was made clear both during the appointment request, and within my Emergency Room visit report) to a different part of my body . . . meaning I had to have the procedure done twice, and was forced to fight for over a year with my insurance provider over whether or not I should be paying for the unnecessary test. Finally, my wife asked a nurse she liked within the practice if they could… recommend a different Physician for me - shortly thereafter she (my wife)received word that she was being dropped by Dr. Ehrlich as a patient, as it was "obvious" that my wife wasn't happy with the Doctor (again, the question was about *me,* not my wife, who at the time was happy with Dr. Ehrlich), but was told that she would be transferred to a new Doctor joining the practice in about 2 months. When two months passed, and the new Doctor arrived, we found out that said Doctor was NOT accepting new patients, and hadn't even heard of this transfer anyway . . . which meant in the meantime that my wife had not PCP, and couldn't receive referrals, treatment, etc., until she found a new Doctor (it was made clear at this point that Dr. Ehrlich no longer considered her a patient). For myself and my wife, yeah, I'm angry. I've suffered quite a bit of professional and financial loss due to the condition I have, the delayed and mismanaged treatment of that condition stemming from Dr. Ehrlich and her staff, and quite a few additional problems stemming from her prescribed course of treatment for what she initially, and incorrectly, diagnosed. The last straw was a registered letter my wife received, commenting on what was described as my wife's decision to leave Dr. Ehrlich's practice, and an offer from Dr. Ehrlich of any further assistance if needed, though in reality it had been made quite clear to my wife over the phone that she was no longer considered to be a patient. I am aware that this has been quite a long denouncement, but frankly the whole situation was, and has been, so frustrating, as have been my efforts to lodge some sort of complaint to any authority . . . While I don't doubt that others will not have had, or are likely to have, such a problematic experience with her, my experience with Dr. Ehrlich has not been positive.

Dr Ehrlich is the best Internal Medicine Dr she is so caring and goes out of her way to make sure she makes time for you. Supportive. I feel she is always there for you and trust that she will always do what is best for her patients. She understand and takes time to get to know you and listens. Top Notch the best ever.
