Dr. Carol Lynn Greenblatt, DO

This woman is rude and obnoxious. When she didn’t return a on call call quick enough when my child was sick and GETTING worse I took him to urgent care. When we went into the office we were stuck with her. She walked into the exam win a grudge. SLAMMED the door, never greeted us politely, “what’s the problem” and while I’m explaining they did infect find an infection at urgent care that triggered her and she immediately began verbally attacking me. Saying she always calls patients back, I countered with it had been an hour, my child was getting worse and I have the proof on my phone. She refused and just kept berating me. She started to get her supplies to start the exam and CONTINUES speaking badly of me and muttering under her breath. When I said something and said I will not be disrespected in this way she responded with “do you want him examined or not” I said yes but only if someone else is in the room. As soon as I asked for a nurse her RUDE and obnoxious behavior got even worse.… Once the nurse came in she tried arguing she never said any of it!!! Thankfully the nurse knows us and knows the fact I nearly DIED after having my child and knows my child has been sick off and on for nearly a month and obliged when I said I wanted her gone and to wait for his normal physician. I spoke with the office manager who thankfully I’ve essentially known for years seeing as the head physicians were my peds as a child. I love the practice but I will see any and everyone before I let this unprofessional, grudge holding, rude and obnoxious woman near my child.
