She cares. Most importantly, she listens! She takes your responses and feelings into consideration and conducts care around her knowledge with your input. Think this is first give star for any doctor I have given and she has earned over the years I've been blessed to have her as my physician.

Dr. Hector is very down to earth and I feel like she listens to all my concerns to find a solution. And she is very quick to answer messages. She rocks.

If you want a doctor that listens and cares, she’s not the one to visit. She’s only good at sending a claim to your insurance company and rushing you out of her office

Whatever she says her speciality/interest is, she doesn’t have one. She makes promises and then, weeks later, decides not to deliver, leaving patients in a struggle for necessary medications. Plenty of other choices around, choose those instead.
