Dr Pelmas found an xray abnormality in my son's knee that the radiologist had missed, and was able to treat it without surgery. It could have been a catastrophe if not found!

I saw a bunch of docs before Dr. Pelmas and never got a straight response. She took the time to explain things, used a model, and I can see what is going on and what my options are.

She did my knee surgery, an ACL repair, and it was a hard rehab but my knee is completely better. Thank you!

She’s awful. Zoomcare is my default provider for a work comp claim. I’m told I have a torn rotator cuff. After a month or two of consistent pinched nerve pain and little result from PT exercises, I ended up in her office. Read an X-ray and told me she saw no signs of pinched nerves or nerve damage, which can’t be seen on an X-ray, so.... Her demeanor was so weird and dismissive I’m still having trouble wrapping my brain around it. Told me I’d just have to “deal with” the pain and that it might be permanent. After seeing me once for less than 30 minutes (lab time included)? Gave me one exercise, laughed smugly and said, “you didn’t think I’d help you with PAIN, did you?” Actually, I did. This business is easy money for checked-out physicians who enjoy power play. Don’t waste your time.
