Dr. Carol Elizabeth Powers, DO

Really didn’t appreciate her at all. She was very rude to me and didn’t hear me out. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns and when I said yes and gave her my concern she was very rude. She told me I need to find a new doctor.

When i went to see dr powers she was great she explained everything to me about what was going on I will recommend her to anybody she is a wonderful doctor and I seen her about two and a half almost two and a half years ago I think it's been

I was referred by my family physician and do not recommend her at all. She does not listen to patients and has terrible bedside manner.

I would highly recommend seeking another Ob/Gyn before seeing this one. I was referred to her by my GP and it couldn't have been a worse experience. Not only did she misdiagnosis me because she hardly gave me the time of the day but also her bedside manor is completely awful. She is stone cold and shows no compassion whatsoever to her patients especially when it comes to sensitive subjects such as conceiving. I know for sure that I wasn't the only one who had this type of experience with her, two other friends of mine had a similar experience as well with her absurd bedside manor! It's too bad she doesn't give the patient any time of her day or at least a little care and compassion. I thought she seemed like an intelligent woman regardless of the other negative components which is why I chose to continue seeing her but I was proved wrong considering she misdiagnosed me.

Dr. Powers has terrible bedside manor. I recently became pregnant and ended up miscarrying. I have never been pregnant before, so I have never experienced any of this. She did not explain anything to me, did not give me any options, just jumped right to conclusions without taking the extra steps to make sure I had actually miscarried before going any further. It was my very first ultrasound, and one ultrasound on my belly could have missed something; she was not understanding my concern with this. She only seemed to want yes or no answers from me about my family history and health care, did not let me talk or explain anything, and cut me off multiple times. She did not knock before walking in the rooms and always had a resident with her (that she never introduced to me). I would not recommend her at all!

Dr. Powers takes the time to listen to me and my needs. We are working together to diagnosis a problem I have and it seems like she isn't going to give up until we figure it out , which I love in a doctor. She is very thorough with everything. I would recommend her to everyone.
