Dr. Carroll Rayner, MD

Extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Refused to write me a doctor's note and was overall condescending and dismissive even though what I was asking for was ridiculously simple.

The doctor doesn’t seem like she knows anything about how to treat patients. I will never go to her again. She’s very unprofessional and disrespectful

I went to visit Carroll. I was scared, and in pain. I told her all the things going on and that I'd like to have some testing done. She refused and said the tests were expensive - I said I pay for insurance and am okay if they are expensive. Back story - had trouble urinating - led me to urgent care - had culture tests done - came back negative. Went to ER after being in more pain - they sent me home with no urologist on site. They made me do STD testing and tried to say it may be that. Made an appt. with Carroll. She also tried to elude that its STD's and refused to help me in any other way other than following up with the hospital on the results. She never did that. I got the results in my ER portal - all negative. Went back to Neurologist turns out it may be a nerve in my back. This has been going on for 8 months, of which 4 months ago I saw Caroll. Let me tell you this woman is rude, mean, and doesn't care about patients even ones who are in serious need and don't know whats… going on. She has no table talk and honestly I am so surprised to have met a doctor like this in my life. I will never go back to her and would not recommend her to anyone.

I started seeing Dr. Rayner over the past year after my internist of 25+ years retired. I immediately liked Dr. Raynor’s wholistic approach including dietary suggestions. She is very focused and serious - takes her time. You feel she wants to solve the problem and offer healthcare advice for greater well-being.

I was looking for a Doctor after leaving pediatrics in my early 20s, I didn't know who to go to since I didn't know other dr's at caremount. I found an eligible appointment with Dr. Rayner and confessed mental health issues I had been facing for years. She was the first doctor to pay attention to what I was disclosing. Because of her, I am now facing my trauma in a healthy way and can confidently continue my everyday life. She is amazing, kind and very compassionate.

Unfortunately this doctor offers no care to speak of and is not interested in helping her patients when expertise, interest and help is needed. Only good for basics.

I had few primary doctors but dr Rayner is by far the best I ever seen. So personal and professional. Finally I found a dr that won’t treat me like a number.

First, they had no record of my first appointment (despite me showing them proof of confirmation) and they made me come back the following week. The actual visit with the doctor was horrific. She spent the whole visit lecturing me about something that was completely unrelated to the reason for my visit. She literally didn't even examine or talk to me about the actual health concern that I had gone there to talk to her about. She is condescending, impersonal, and unhelpful. I would never go back to her.

Dr. Rayner is very well mannered and invested in her patients, she wants to assure your care physically and mentally. I had a great experience and she provided a lot of support. Highly recommend.
